THIS IS THE BEAUTIFUL VIEW THAT I HAD
FROM MY WINDOW WHILE WE WERE ON A
CHURCH TRIP TO FLORIDA.
NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE THIS WOULD BE
A REAL SHAME.
I AM HOWEVER, LOSING MY VISION.
IT SEEMS TO BE WORSE EACH WEEK AND
I HAVE BEEN MAKING CHANGES TO MY
LIFE SO THAT I CAN OVERCOME SOME OF
THE PROBLEMS.
KRISTI HAS VOLUNTEERED ME TO SPEAK TO
A CLASS OF FOLKS WHO ARE ALSO LOSING
THEIR VISION AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO
HANDLE IT.
I WOULD LIKE SOME ADVICE FROM YOU.

I can't give you any hints since I still have my vision and I am so sorry your is getting bad.
My younger sister had a stroke in June and she is mostly blind. She has loved to read her whole life and can't read her Bible any more. She is having a lot of adjusting to do in many areas of her life just now but she is closer to the Lord than ever.
My older sister had a stroke, really several a few years ago and just recently lost most of her vision. Her greatest sorrow was that she could not read her Bible any more. He son bought her a King James Bible that a man read on a DVD I think it was it might have been a cd. She was so proud of it. A doctor she saw recently gave her a shot in her eyes. She noticed no difference in her vision. She has recently had the second shot. She can now see enough to read her Bible again. She is so thankful. The Doctor still wants to give her at least a couple more shots. She is willing now that she can see that they have helped. Both my sisters are diabetic.
I will be praying for you, Pop. You have a life time of memories stored away so even though your eyes will not see, your heart will always see with clarity. Then one day in heaven, your vision will be perfect once again. Take care and I pray your speech goes well.
